With a biopsychosocial lens, we take a strengths-based, relational, somatic, experiential approach to addressing the web of trauma impacts, such as social and cognitive functioning and physical health.

Upcoming Programs for Veterans & First Responders

6-week programs consist of: Block 1 Two-week M-F 9:00 – 3:30, Block 2 Two-week Reintegration Period at home, and Block 3 Two-week M-F 9:00-3:30

Programs are available in-person, online, or hybrid in-person/online. We accommodate your schedule as much as possible to make important treatment accessible.

  • Women’s 2-week: April 22- May 3
  • Men’s 6-week: May 13th – 24th / June 10th – 21st
  • Men’s 2-week: July 8th – 19th
  • Couples 1-week: July 29th – August 2nd
  • Women’s Long: September 3 – September 13, September 30 – October 11 
  • Men’s Long: October 21 – November 1, November 18 – November 29 
  • Men’s Follow Up: December 2 – December 13

Approved Medavie Blue Cross Provider

Veterans and retired RCMP may be eligible for full coverage of this program with a referral of a healthcare professional. ​Some third party payment plans such as Extended Health Care Insurance and Employee/Family Assistance Programs pay partial or total coverage for counselling services.


Our clients stay a short walk from the clinic at the Vernon Lodge, providing more privacy than residential programs but more support and group connection than outpatient programs​
