CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy (Private clients)

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your participation in our program. We have established the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all participants:

1. Cancellation by Participant:
   – Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the program start date will receive a full refund of any deposit or fees paid.
   – Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the program start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of any deposit or fees paid.
   – Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the program start date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Rescheduling by Participant:
   – Participants may request to reschedule their program dates subject to availability and with at least 30 days’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to approval by our program administration.

3. Cancellation by the Program:
   – In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the program due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future program or receive a full refund of any fees paid.

Please note that any cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email or through our official communication channels.

We highly recommend obtaining travel and program interruption insurance to protect your investment in case unexpected situations arise.
